DES:d1k 10/26/92 (013/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 11/2/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11881 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF INTERIOR FURNISHING FOR THE NEW POLICE <br /> FACILITY; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS , contract documents for the purchase of interior <br /> furnishings for the new police facility, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the purchase therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Interior <br /> Furnishings, New Police Facility" , prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the purchase of said interior furnishings <br /> as hereinabove described. <br />
