On-Site attendance and participation in project meetings. <br /> <br /> Meetings: Project kick-off meeting; software installation; database installation; project <br />implementation meetings. <br /> <br />B. Deliver computer software (TRAKIT) and database structures for SQL/Server database. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: CD containing computer software; installation instructions; services to install <br />software on City network and up to three workstations; services to train City IT staff for installation of <br />remaining City workstations; services to install SQL/Server database and tables. <br /> <br />C. Provide data conversion services. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: CD and electronic transfer (via FTP or email) of converted database; services to <br />develop conversion software for translation; services to perform data conversion; services to install <br />converted data. <br /> <br /> Applies to: Permits and Inspections; Project applications; Code Enforcement; Business Licenses. <br /> <br /> City to provide historical data in standard format (ASCII, EXCEL or ACCESS) within thirty (30) <br />days of project commencement d~te. City to provide historical data format descriptions (field layout and <br />definitions) <br /> <br />D. Provide software training. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: Conduct on-site, hands-on System Administrator training at City office for up to four <br />(4) City staff; provide System Administrator training for two (2) City staffdurin_g scheduled training at <br />CRW office. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: Conduct on-site, hands-on End User training at City office for up to thirty (30) City <br />staff. <br /> <br />E. Provide Project Implementation services. <br /> <br /> Deliverable: Develop up to four (4) permit forms as directed by City staff; develop up to three <br />(3) business license forms as directed by City staff; provide standard ICBO Valuation tables; develop up <br />to ten (10) custom Valuations formulas as directed by City smaff; develop up to twenty (20) Permit Fee <br />tables or formulas as directed by City staff; develop up to ten (10) Project Fee tables or formulas as <br />directed by City staff; develop up to ten {10) Business License Fee tables or formulas as directed by City <br />staff. <br /> <br /> <br />
