B#li~l~sTrak lmnlementation and Traininu- OPTIONAL ITEM <br /> <br /> CITY may, at its sole discretion, request CRW to deduct all work related to <br />implementation, setup and training for the BusinessTrak module. This option may be exercised up <br />to 4S days following contract execution. <br /> If CITY selects this Option to Deduct BusinessTrak implementation and training, then a fee <br />of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($ 6,500) will be deducted from the Total Project Cost. in <br />this event, the revised Total Project Cost wifl be One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Dollars ($ <br />188,000). <br />Interactive Voice Resuonse {IVR) <br /> <br /> CRW will serve n general vendor for selection of and installation of Interactive Voice <br />Response System through appropriate sub-vendor. <br /> CRW will be responsible for all payments to IVR sub-vendor. <br /> CITY will request all upgrades, modifications and additional services for IVR system <br />through CRW. CITY agrees to coordinate all IVR-related system questions, upgrades and <br />modifications through CRW and not through IVR sub-vendor. <br /> <br />Annual Maintenance and Technical Support <br /> <br /> No Charge for first twelve (12) months following installation. <br /> <br /> $ 12,500 per year for first two years - Traldt software <br /> $ 6,1100 per year for first two years - IVR hardware and software <br /> <br /> $ 15,000 per year for next two years - Traldt software <br /> $ 8,000 per year for next two years - IVR hardware and software <br /> <br />Post Implementation Audit OPTIONAL ITEM <br /> <br /> CITY may, at its sole discretion, request CRW to conduct a Post Implementation Audit and <br />follow-up User Training. This service will include one week (5 days) on-site. <br /> <br /> CITY may request this optional service at any time up to one year from date of deployment <br />(PermitTrak go-live). <br /> <br /> Total cost for this optional service, including travel and labor $ 8,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
