Planning and Redevelopment Notice of Official Action <br /> <br /> December 10, 2001 <br /> <br /> Mr. John Comito <br /> 907 Pleasant Hill Road <br /> Redwood City, Ca. <br /> <br />File No. AP 124-01 <br />Property Address: 907 Pleasant Hill Road <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Levy: <br /> <br />Your application for an Architectural Permit for a second-story addition to an <br />existing single-family residence was reviewed by the Redwood City Planning and <br />Redevelopment Department. The application conforms to all the Zoning <br />Qrdinance requirements and therefore was approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. That the entire siding material shall be horizontal wood siding and the entire <br /> roof material shall be composite shingle. <br /> <br />2. The house and site improvements shall be built in accordance with the plans <br /> dated 11/28/01 on file with the Planning and Redevelopment Department. <br /> Any changes to the plans must be submitted to the Planning Division for <br /> approval prior to issuance of the Building Permit. <br /> <br />3. Any damaged sidewalk, driveway apron, curb, gutter and/or adjacent <br /> . pavement as specified in Sections 18.234 - 18.243 of Ordinance 253 that is <br /> located within the frontage of 907 Pleasant Hill Road shall be repaired in <br /> accordance with Redwood City Engineering Standards. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit prior to construction. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall pay the appropriate school impact fees by contacting the <br /> Sequoia Union High School District at 369-1412, Ext. 2290 <br /> <br />7'. The applicant shall contact the City Arborist regarding the removal of the <br /> existing Magnolia Tree (780-7407). If required, the applicant shall obtain a <br /> Tree Removal Permit <br /> <br /> <br />
