January 28, 2OO2 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Task Order No. 1 - John Cahalan Landscape Architect - Main/Maple & <br />Broadway/Hopkins Intersection Improvements <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Approve Task Order No. 1 to the Agreement with John Cahalan Landscape Architect for <br />additional Engineering and Design Services (Construction Contract Support Services) <br />for the Main/Maple & Broadway/Hopkins Intersection Improvements Project, in an <br />amount not to exceed $4,575. <br /> <br />Background <br />John Cahalan Landscape Architect designed the reconstruction of the Main/Maple & <br />Broadway/Hopkins Intersection Improvements. Plans were completed and bids were <br />opened on December 5, 2001. On January 14, 2002, the City Council awarded the <br />construction contract to J.J.R.
