DES:djk 10/26/92 (102/23) <br /> O R I G I N A L 11/2/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11877 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Property Tax <br /> Assessment Services for General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> (Redwood Shores) " (form dated 10/26/92) , by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City and American Appraisal Associates, Inc. , a copy <br /> of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
