DES:dit 10/13/92 (005/33) <br /> 10/15/92R <br /> O R I G I N A L 10/19/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11868 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MARIANO <br /> CECCATO AND ANGELA CECCATO FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY <br /> PRESERVATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> Mariano Ceccato and Angela Ceccato, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Historic Property Preservation" (form dated 10/15/92R) providing <br /> for the historic preservation of property located at 397 <br /> Stambaugh Street, Redwood City, California, a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
