FXS:dct 10/1/92 (002/33) <br /> 10/05/92R <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Governors Bay Subdivision" , (form dated <br /> 09/30/92) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br /> designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> (b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br /> City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> performance of said Owner of all work and construction of <br /> all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br /> within the time therein specified, in the amount of One <br /> Million Nine Hundred Eight One Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($1 , 981 , 000 . 00) ; and Owner shall also furnish to City and <br /> file with the City Clerk, a bond or deposit securing the <br /> payment by Owner of all bills for labor and materials <br /> incurred in the construction of any and all said <br /> improvements , and the doing of all other work therein agreed <br /> 2 11862 <br />
