Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> Governors Bay" , and those certain specifications entitled <br /> "Governors Bay Technical Specifications" , as well as the City of <br /> Redwood City' s Standard Details , which plans and specifications <br /> are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> 4 . That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Governors Bay Subdivision" , (form dated 09/30/92) , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 5 . All offers of dedication of public streets and <br /> easements and access restrictions shown upon the herein described <br /> map are hereby accepted. <br /> 4 11862 <br />
