JAH: dft 9/22/92 (001/33) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/28/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11856 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF LEASE OF SITE FOR USE AS INTERIM PARKING <br /> DURING CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING FACILITY <br /> (SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MAIN AND BROADWAY) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain lease entitled, "Lease for Temporary Municipal <br /> Parking Lot" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, as Lessee, and Patrick C. <br /> Edens , Joseph Brady and Otello Ascani, as Lessors , covering <br /> property described therein located at the Southwest corner of <br /> Broadway and Main Street in the City of Redwood City, a copy of <br /> which lease is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved effective as of September 1 , 1992 , and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute , and to attest thereto , respectively, said lease for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
