DES:d- 09/17/92 (116/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/28/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11853 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STATE OF <br /> CALIFORNIA FRANCHISE TAX BOARD INTERAGENCY OFFSET <br /> PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain notice of intention entitled "Notice of <br /> Intention to Participate in the Interagency Tax Refund Offset <br /> Program" by and between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> California Franchise Tax Board, a copy of which notice is <br /> attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" , and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein, is hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute said notice of intention for the participation in the <br /> California Personal Income Tax Refund Offset Program (for process <br /> year 1993) for and on behalf the the City of Redwood City. <br />
