DES:djk 09/23/92 (118/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L DES :dj 09/25/92R <br /> 9/28/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11852 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 92-1 , <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATIONS OF PUBLIC STREET AND PUBLIC <br /> SERVICE EASEMENTS THEREIN OFFERED; AND DIRECTING THE <br /> CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain parcel map (including any dedications of <br /> easements described therein) identified as "Parcel Map No. 92-1" , <br /> dated April, 1992 , prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk, Consulting <br /> Engineers for the Pissance Company, a general partnership, the <br /> owners of record of the real property described by said parcel <br /> map, which map provides for a merger and combination of various <br /> lots shown on that certain map entitled, "Map of Jas A. <br /> Robinson' s Subdivision Near the Town of Redwood City, California" <br /> filed in Book 3 of Maps at page 50 , San Mateo County Records, is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> 2 . This Council hereby finds that the merger and <br /> combination of lots established by the map hereinabove approved <br /> is exempt from the provisions of Article 1 . 5 (commencing with <br /> §66451 . 10) of Chapter 3 , Division 2 , Title 7 of the Government <br /> Code pursuant to the provisions of subdivision (b) of Section <br /> 66451 . 10 of said Code. <br /> 3 . All offers of dedications of public street and public <br /> service easements shown upon the herein described map, are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> 4 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> file the map approved hereby for recordation with the County <br /> Clerk Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. <br />
