That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> 09/16/92) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California and Covey Trucking Co. , <br /> providing for the aforesaid demolition of structure located at <br /> 811 Whipple Avenue, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3 . Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> Covey Trucking Co. , are hereby waived. <br /> 4 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br /> securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 11851 <br />
