Mr. Balzarini advised that the first phase of Marine World Expressway is being finished up-a week or so if rain hol~s off, and then his department-will~take over: that Rudy Watson has started on Neighborhood 1 park... this was in 3 phases1 that maintenance will require 4 men for weeding and 2 for mowing, 1 man for trimming: that he had requested 12 new personnel for his department for next year... 4 for forestry division, plus 1 secretary. - Mr. MOrton advised that tennis court installation will take six weeks - from tim~ rain stops1 that benches were not in the specs for the Fishing Pier but that some would be installed on the pier as soon as possible.
