<br />Chairman Knecht welcomed new Commissioner Schenck and Commiss-
<br />ioner Stuart on his re-appointment to the Commission.
<br />
<br />MINUTES of the meeting of April 2nd were approved as mailed, on
<br />motion of Commissioner Whitmore, seconded by Commissioner Stuart,
<br />and passed.- Commissioner Morgan was not present.
<br />
<br />CORRESPONDENCE:
<br />1 - Letter from Elbert E. Garcia, Foothill Little League,
<br />dated April 28th, requesting solution to problem existing at
<br />Franklin School baseball diamond as residents are comFlaining~
<br />about foul, balls landing in ~ yards. --. Mr. Morton saìd funds had
<br />been put in budget for this purpose as it probably would be
<br />necessary to build'" a -'high fence. Commissioner Stuart '.suggested
<br />stop signs near field area to protect youngsters going into
<br />street to retrieve balls. Matter referred to Mr. MOrton for
<br />solution: -
