8. ADJOURNMENT —10:45 p.m. <br />MIS Howard /Foust to adjourn until the next regular City Council meeting of <br />September 12, 2005 in memory of Richard Sattler who died of cancer. He was one <br />of the community's most consistent contributors, a quiet and unassuming man who <br />could be found providing assistance or leading a group of volunteers to better our <br />city.
