Commissioner Stuart advised that as appointed represent- <br />atives of the Council the Commission would make its recommenda- <br />tions at an appropriate time. (See Agenda 10, re committee) <br /> <br />C~~iss~~n~r -~q~~son suggested that prior to adjournment that <br />Commission go into executive session or perhaps an adjourned <br />meeting to take up the matter of assignment of junior members to <br />Commissioners, and that while assignments were made with good <br />intent, reassignment for convenience of getting as much out of <br />the Commission as possible could be made with regard to close- <br />ness of residence which would afford a closer relationship: <br />and that Commissioners did not have a copy of the assignments as <br />made. No action was taken on the suggestion and Commissioners <br />agreed to try the assignments out. Chairman Knecht invited all <br />interns to contact him at any time and suggested that the RPC <br />report would be of interest for them to read.
