<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.1 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />REDWOOD SHORES WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br />Consultant: <br /> <br />BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK <br />540 PRICE AVENUE <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94063 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />AUGUST 19,1996 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services: <br /> <br />Complete design for Redwood Shores Parkway Widening - Phase II, and incorporate <br />changes to existing conditions. (See Exhibits "A" & "B", attached.) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this <br />Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br />complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a) _X- (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br />charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />b) Not to exceed a total of $12,685.00.. ... (Exhibit "A" = $4,000.00) <br />(Exhibit "B" = $8,685.00) <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance. Contractor shall perform the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br /> <br />Date of Completion: December 31,2000 <br />
