Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is to construct local storm drainage collection and transmission systems with various concrete pipe sizes ranging from 12" in diameter to 66" in diameter, and connect said systems to the existing storm drainage system for flood prevention purposes. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: In the public right-of-way of Hoover Street from 2nd Avenue to 8th Avenue; and Fifth Avenue from Broadway to Rolison Road in Redwood City.
