The estimated average staff hours per plan sheet assumes that the revised sheets will be part of <br />th.e larger Bid Set, so that the Boiler Plate, Contract Section., and individual technical specs <br />would not have to be revised for a Stand-Alone Bid Set. <br />2. The esrlmated specification hours assume that the only required activity is to ensure that the <br />current requirements and ,anguage is appropriate for the Redesign. The Bid List will be revised <br />to conform to the Redesign. <br />3. It is asscmed that we have sufficient field survey data to do the Redesi.gn. (We think we have <br />the necessary data. ) <br />4. The average $taff hours and corresponding fee take into consideration that we know the project <br />area and we will not need to collect any additional data. <br /> <br />If it is decided to make this a Stand-Alone Bid Set, then more staff hours wilJ be necessary. <br /> <br />Likewise, if this is to be included as an Addendum, additional effort would be needed to r~ovc the <br />drawings from the current set and to revise the specs to eliminate reference to Work Site H. <br /> <br />r did not make contact with Tim McKimson ( AAM ), but I think his new cffon will be small aDd I <br />have in.cJuded my best guess for him in the atta.ched fee. <br /> <br />P:\9905 \ \admin\cQITOsponócntt\faxes\fax.23.rdwdc!ty .dol <br />
