<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Redwood City Child Development Program <br />Child Care Facility Expansion Project <br />FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs which <br />provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income residents of the <br />City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs conducted by the City or <br />with other organizations which provide educational and child care service programs for children <br />who are Redwood City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives <br />to be met during 1999-2000. Contractor shall collaborate with similar programs in order to <br />maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial resources which are available to <br />lower and very low income residents. Monthly requests for reimbursements under this agreement <br />must be received no later than the 20th day of each month during the teffil of this agreement <br />pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7.
