<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />determine priorities with the participation of staff from the City of Redwood City <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />participate in the development of project information including the identification <br />of the extent of the HV AC design effort and the required repairs to the eaves and <br />gutters as well as associated incidental roofing repair; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />provide complete engineering and architectural services including mechanical, <br />plumbing, electrical and structural engineering, architectural design as well as <br />specifications and cost estimating (schematic design and design development may <br />be combined into a single design phase to accommodate the proposed schedule); <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />develop probable costs; <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />develop complete contract documents; and <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />provide complete construction administration services. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />services related to asbestos surveys and the preparation of abatement specifications <br />will not be a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />Veterans Memorial Senior Center HV AC/Eaves and Gutter Repair <br /> <br />. design of a new HV AC system to serve the entire facility (with the exception of the <br />theater); <br />. repair eaves and gutters and incidental roofing repair as required; <br />. repair of the subterranean drainage system as required and <br />. connection of the gutters to the drainage system. <br /> <br />Senior Resource Center HV AC <br /> <br />. Design an HV AC system for this facility. <br /> <br />Fair Oaks Community Center Administration HV AC <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Replace the existing HV AC system serving the administration area including all <br />associated duct work above the roof and the HV AC unit itself. <br />
