<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.2 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the <br />contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />Architectural Design Services for the Heating, <br />Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HV AC) Projects at the <br />Veterans Memorial Senior Center, Senior Resource <br />Center Building, and the Fair Oaks Community Center; <br />And the Veterans Memorial Senior Center Building <br />Building Eaves and Gutter Repair Project <br /> <br />Consultant: <br /> <br />Grossmann Design Group <br />Architecture Planning Research <br />326 Ritch Street <br />San Francisco, Ca 94107 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />August 19,1997 <br /> <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services: <br /> <br />Complete the design for replacing the HV AC system at the Fair Oaks Community <br />Center. (See Exhibit "A", attached.) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in <br />this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br />complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a) _X- (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br />charge and method of calculation described in the Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />b) Not to exceed $16,200 <br /> <br />1 <br />
