<br />Exhibit: <br /> <br />" c "-- Asbes tos <br /> <br />According to B~~QMD Regulation 11, Rule 2, ...before <br />each renovation operation where the amount of Regulated <br />Asbestos-Containing Materials (RACM) is greater than or equal <br />to 100 linear feet, 100 sq.ft., or 35 cu.ft, a written plan <br />or notification of intent to renovate shall be provided to <br />the Air Pollution Control Officer (APCO) at least 10 working <br />days prior to commencement of the renovation. <br /> <br />The project contains 36 units in six buildings, all to <br />be rehabilitated. A Phase 1 study prepared by Phase One Inc. <br />has identified asbestos in asphalt sheeting and mastic, <br />stucco, texture paint over sheet rock, rubber basement board <br />and mastic, mastic and many different styles and types of <br />sheet linoleum flooring, and vinyl floor tiles and mastic. <br />Though none appears to be in damaged or friable condition, <br />many of these products are to be replaced as part of the <br />rehabilitation.
