<br />F. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />8115/00 <br /> <br />shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all <br />subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br />Reli2ious Activitv Prohibited. <br /> <br />Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as part <br />of, or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Uniform Administration ReQuirements. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br />HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br />Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-l10 <br />attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and local <br />laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />HOME PROGRAM ReQuirements. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br />HOME Investment Partnership Regulations relating to: income targeting <br />to HOME limits of 50% and below median income; affordability term of <br />no less than 15 years; Contractor shall set unit HOME rents at the rates <br />listed below. Said rents shall not exceed 30% of the household's gross <br />income. Monthly housing costs shall be defined as rent plus utilities. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACT <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Without the written consent of the City Councilor <br />his/her representative, this Agreement is not assignable in whole or in <br />part. Any assignment by Contractor without the written consent of the <br />City Councilor his/her representative violates this Agreement and shall <br />automatically terminate this Agreement. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />RECORDS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Contractor agrees to provide to Agency, City, to any Federal or <br />State department having monitoring or reviewing authority, to City's <br />authorized representatives and/or their appropriate audit agencies upon <br />reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine and audit all records <br />and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, <br />State, and local statutes, rules and regulations, and this Agreement, and to <br />evaluate the quality, appropriateness and timeliness of services performed. <br />
