The validity of this Agreement and of its terms <br />and provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties hereunder, <br />the interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by <br />the laws of the State of California. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />TERM OF THE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, <br />the term of this Agreement shall begin upon the date of execution by the <br />last party signing this Agreement and shall remain in effect for the entire <br />benefit period described in Exhibit A securing the HOME funding <br />provided under this Agreement. <br />
