<br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> <br />the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000, and <br /> <br />ending June 30,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor <br /> <br />the sum of Thirteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Four and Noll 00 Dollars <br /> <br />($13,754.00) from its HOME Investment Partnership funds for the Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Thirteen <br /> <br />Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Four and No/lOO Dollars ($13,754.00) for exclusive <br /> <br />use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, <br /> <br />2001, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Use of Funds. <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> <br />paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibits A (Budget), and B <br /> <br />(Contract Objectives), attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3. Reversion of Assets. Contractor agrees that any unexpended funds, or other <br /> <br />assets earned as a result of HOME funding for the Program shall be returned to City <br /> <br />upon completion of the program objectives as stated in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Chane:es to Proe:ram. <br /> <br />No changes in the Program described in this <br /> <br />Agreement, which are funded hereunder, shall be made without the prior written consent <br /> <br />of City. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Pavments. <br /> <br />Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of all <br /> <br />expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreement. <br /> <br />8/1 5/00 <br /> <br />2 <br />
