<br />EXHffiIT A <br /> <br />Human Investment Project, Inc. <br />CHDO Operating Expenses <br />293 Grand Street Housing for Self Sufficiency Program <br />FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use HOME funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance exclusively to very <br />low and lower income residents of Redwood City. Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other organizations <br />which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which <br />are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 1999-2000. <br />Contractor shall collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize these <br />programs and services, and the City's financial resources which are available to lower <br />and very low income residents. Requests for reimbursements under this <br />agreement must be received no later than the 20th day of each month during the <br />term of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Final <br />payment for the fiscal year must be submitted and received by the City no later <br />than May 20, 2000. Contractor agrees that any funds remaining after May 20, 2000 <br />will be carried over to the next program year for same use stated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />B.
