<br />7. CHDO Provisions and HOME ReQuirements. HOME funding provided <br /> <br />under this agreement shall assist Contractor in paying operating expenses including <br /> <br />utilities and insurance related to a lease on property at 293 Grand Avenue where the Self <br /> <br />Sufficiency Program is located exclusively. Families participating in the Self Sufficiency <br /> <br />Program and being assisted under the terms of this agreement shall be residents of <br /> <br />Redwood City, shall have household incomes not to exceed 60% of the median income <br /> <br />for San Mateo County. Contractor shall affirmatively market the availability of the Self <br /> <br />Sufficiency Program to Redwood City residents with the goal of attracting all qualified <br /> <br />persons without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age disability, marital status, <br /> <br />ancestry, or national origin. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Annual Report.& Records. Contractor shall submit a narrative report to City <br /> <br />annually describing the activities funded under this agreement. Said report shall include <br /> <br />the total number of direct beneficiaries with demographic information regarding income, <br /> <br />household composition, ethnicity, age, and other data as required by City or the United <br /> <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development and shall be submitted on forms <br /> <br />provided by City's Housing Coordinator. <br /> <br />9. Financial Statement! Analvsis: Monthlv Reports: Audit.
