<br />Commissioner Thompson pointed out that information contained in the
<br />above report, in quite several instances, does not correspond with
<br />information contained in Park Department's IIInventory of Parks and
<br />Recreation Facilities II, and expres,sed concern th~t neither the Park
<br />Department nor Recreation Department had been consulted when report
<br />was being compiled.
<br />
<br />Commissioner Thompson moved that a letter be sent to the Planning
<br />Department asking that in the future when information concerning
<br />park and recreation matters is being compiled for public information
<br />and use that their office work closely with our park and recreation
<br />departments on such information, seconged by Cornmission~r Schenck,
<br />and passed. .
