<br />11. Contractor shall acquire and maintain Workers Compensation, employer's liability, <br /> <br />comprehensive general liability, owned and non-owned and hired automobile liability <br /> <br />insurance coverage relating to Contractor's activities funded hereunder covering City's risks in <br /> <br />form subject to the approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The minimum amounts of coverage <br /> <br />corresponding to the aforesaid categories of insurance per insurable event, shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Insurance Category <br /> <br />Minimum Limits <br /> <br />Workers' Compensation <br /> <br />statutory minimum <br /> <br />Employer's Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury, personal <br />injury and property damage <br /> <br />Comprehensive General <br />Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 <br />aggregate for bodily injury, personal <br />injury, and property damage <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />$1,000,000 per accident, $2,000,000 <br />aggregate for bodily injury and <br />property damage (coverage <br />required to the extent <br />applicable to Contractor's <br />vehicle usage in performing <br />services hereunder) <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish City with <br /> <br />certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder <br /> <br />and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general liability and automobile liability <br /> <br />insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br />Agmt-275 <br />FX8:djk <br />F :/8 ha red/Redwood/Cou ncil <br />08/12/99 <br /> <br />14 <br />
