<br />/~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ (2000) <br /> <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE <br />AMENDED FIRST CHANCE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN CITY OF SAN MATEO AND OTHER CITIES AND <br />THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO INCREASE COUNTY <br />CONTRIBUTIONS AND ADD COST OF LIVING LANGUAGE <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of San Mateo, California; and it <br />does hereby FIND, DETERMINE and ORDER, that: <br /> <br />1. The public interest and convenience require the Third Amendment, <br />cited in the title above, be executed. . <br /> <br />2. Said Third Amendment is hereby approved and the Mayor or <br />Department Head is authorized to sign and execute it on behalfof the City. <br /> <br />3.
