<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8687 <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />BELMONT APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE THIRD <br />AMENDED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING <br />THE ALCOHOL VIOLATION TEMPORARY HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Belmont utilizes the services of the Alcohol Violation Temporary <br />Housing Authority otherwise known as First Chance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alcohol Violation Temporary Housing Authority has agreed to continue to <br />provide those services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached hereto. ' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Belmont <br />hereby approves the Third Amendment to the Amended Joint Powers Agreement establishing the <br />Alcohol Violation Temporary Housing Authority and authorizes the Mayor to execute the amended <br />Agreement on behalf of the City of Belmont and directs the City Clerk to affix her signature hereto. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by <br />the City Council of the City of Belmont at a regular meeting thereof held on February 8,2000 by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />A YES, COUNCILMEMBERS: Warden, Hahn, WriGht, Rianda.
