Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Act, which prohibits the use of lead- <br />based paint in residential structures constructed or rehabilitated with Federal <br />assistance. <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br /> <br />No members, officers, or employees or agents of Contractor, no member of the <br />Board of Directors, and no other official who exercises any function or <br />responsibility with respect to this program during his/his tenure, or for one year <br />thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in the agreement or a related <br />contract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all contracts <br />hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br />6 <br />
