DES : df4- 9/15/92 (057/30) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/21/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11845 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECTS , INC. <br /> FOR SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> (CDBG) <br /> WHEREAS , Human Investment Project , Inc. , ("HIP") conducts a <br /> shared housing program for residents of the City of Redwood City <br /> (the "Program") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , HIP , has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing July 1 , <br /> 1992 , and ending June 30 , 1993 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request <br /> and desires to allocate to HIP , the sum of Twenty Five Thousand <br /> and No/100 Dollars ($25 ,000 . 00) from its Collllnunity Development <br /> Block Grant funds for the foregoing purposes ; and <br /> WHEREAS , an agreement providing for such funding has been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS , it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Human Investment Project , <br /> Inc. , Shared Housing Program (CDBG)" , (form dated 9/15/92) , by <br /> and between the City of Redwood City and Human Investment <br /> Project , Inc. , a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> full particulars thereof is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />
