Resolution No. 11343 entitled, "Resolution Amending <br /> Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water <br /> Department (General Services Department) Relating to Water Rates ; <br /> and Rescinding Resolution No. 11226" , adopted July 16 , 1990 , is <br /> hereby rescinded. <br /> 3 .
