DES:di'- 09/03/92 (016/30) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/14/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11840 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS <br /> ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br /> (WILLIS CORROON ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES CORPORATION) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement by and between Willis Corroon <br /> Administrative Services Corporation, a Tennessee corporation and <br /> the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation in the State of <br /> California, entitled "Agreement - Workers' Compensation Claim <br /> Services (form dated 07/14/92) providing for the furnishing of <br /> workers compensation claims administration services for the City <br /> for the term July 1 , 1992 - June 30 , 1993 , a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
