DES:djk 08/21/92 (105/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/31/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11833 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 811 WHIPPLE AVENUE; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS , contract documents for the demolition of that <br /> certain structure (former motel building) located at 811 Whipple <br /> Avenue, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Demolition of Improvements Located at 811 <br /> Whipple Avenue - City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by <br /> the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a <br /> copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> * * * <br />
