Stuart: <br /> <br />- - - _L_- - - _h Jo>... l>o. <br /> <br />Reporting on the "oil slick" said that it had been determined that builde <br />had dropped several buckets of oil down manhole and he had been severely <br />reprimanded for this; also the pipe going into arèa, which flushes in and <br />out when it rains, had been cleaned out; that it is hoped that whole area <br />will be completely cleaned out so it will meet the approval of the County <br />Health Dept. <br /> <br />11 - STULqAF_T PARK - _TRqUT- F~~ -- ~arrl-Y~ S~henck: <br />Mr. Schenck said that water tests taken last month found that it would <br />be feasible to have trout pond at proposed site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schenck moved to recommend that staff ask the engineering <br />staff to prepare plot plan for a trout pond which could be tried out <br />for a year on a temporary basis using concrete blocks or sand bags and <br />if successful, that project could be re-designed on a permanent basis <br />and cost estimates determined and included in the budget for 1972-73, <br />seconded by Commissioner Terrill and passes. <br /> <br />12 - CO~UNIT~ P~R~~ -- Mab.s_ter- Plan Priorities: poris C.
