Commissioner Schenck moved to recommend that staff ask the engineering staff to prepare plot plan for a trout pond which could be tried out for a year on a temporary basis using concrete blocks or sand bags and if successful, that project could be re-designed on a permanent basis and cost estimates determined and included in the budget for 1972-73, seconded by Commissioner Terrill and passes. 12 - CO~UNIT~ P~R~~ -- Mab.s_ter- Plan Priorities: poris C. Thompson: Commissioner Thompson had provided members with copies of the Committee report and recommendations as follows: liThe Committee recommends-that; Priorities be established for the SHORT RANGE PLAN of the Master Plan of Community Park, in 4 (four) phases, in increments of approximately $200,000, varying in estimates at -$187,800, $227,940, $201,030 and $202,290, and known variously as Areas A - B - C and Additional Short Range Development.
