Cömmis s ion for the items that had been budgeted and that <br />she had completed the forms for the commissioners. Mr. Knecht moved and was seconded <br />by Mrs. Terrill. Voted unanimous. <br /> <br />17 - Letter from Ampex Corporation relative to sales and earnings of the year. <br />18 - Calendar of events of the San Mateo County Arts Connnission. ' - <br />19 - Newsletter fraIl San Mateo Arts Commission and report of, their next meeting <br />Wednesday, April 14, at 7:30. Mrs. Terrill to represent the Redwood City Park and <br />Recreation Commission. <br />20 - canada reques t to be on our agenda for April. It is agenda i tem lD. <br />21 - Regional Planning Committee of.San-Mateo County relative to elected officials <br />and camnissioners and other interested citizens on interim housing. There is a' book <br />available with Chairman Thompson' if anyone desires it. <br />22 - Letter from the Juventes Spòrts Club on a statement of the tournament that will <br />be in late April. <br />23 .. Recreation monthly report from February and March. <br />24 - Tour of Richmond .Art. Redwoo~ ~nPo~lar Near Ebener - Progres ~ r~port - report from Bill Paulson: <br />A progres s report was made by Bill Paulson of the Recreation Department s ta ting the <br />implementation and effects that he had been doing during the month with the writing <br />of a letter to the city manager on the reopening of the fences and contacting a real <br />estate agent who actually awned the property, Property A owned by Terrace Realty. <br />Mr. Paulson spoke with Carl Levie sane two weeks before hand, and the property line <br />did not have a revocable permit from the Hetch- Hetchy water. Mr . Paulson ,got an OK <br />fran Mr.~ Levie to enlarge the park in s~ection A. Then Mr. Paulson met with Mr. Iarry <br /> <br />Shephard and the same idea on section B. '!hey were very amenable to having that area <br />opened up so that the park could be used as extensively as possible, keeping the park <br />area in a more lineal and s quare bas is. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.. . <br />
