The <br />plans,~which -have been prepared by Jenks and Adamson had been reviewed by Public Works. <br />The plans presented by Mr.~'Balsamo would not permit Park to be used as anticipated by <br />CanmiSsioners becaUSe of lack of sufficient fill. This drast¡c change in plans con- <br />cerned everyone as Commissioners had~ been assured by former City Manager Mr. Ullrich <br />that the Bonding Counsel" had guaranteed adaquate coverage to canplete the job as pre- <br />pared by Ribera" & Sue in the Master Plan. It was pointed out that this could cause many problems.
