The plans,~which -have been prepared by Jenks and Adamson had been reviewed by Public Works. The plans presented by Mr.~'Balsamo would not permit Park to be used as anticipated by CanmiSsioners becaUSe of lack of sufficient fill. This drast¡c change in plans con- cerned everyone as Commissioners had~ been assured by former City Manager Mr. Ullrich that the Bonding Counsel" had guaranteed adaquate coverage to canplete the job as pre- pared by Ribera" & Sue in the Master Plan. It was pointed out that this could cause many problems. Since Port Camuission had not seen sign proposal, it was referred back to Port Camniss~on with the suggestion that a field trip might be in order to find a suitable locale. r., "II, v .
