REVISED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />The Proposed Scope of Services outlined in section 2 of our September 20,2005 Contract <br />Exhibit "A" is repeated below, with revisions necessary to convert the Stanford Medical <br />Outpatient Center Project CEQA document from the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) <br />format envisioned at the time to a limited scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Report <br />(SEIR) format. <br /> <br />TASK 1. INITIAL SCOPING AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />1.1 Initial Staff Meeting (completed) <br />1.2 Project Description (90% completed) <br />1.3 Jurisdictional Approvals (completed) <br /> <br />TASK 2. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF SETTING, POTENTIAL IMPACTS, AND MITIGATIONS <br /> <br />Note: All environmental topics included in the CEQA Guidelines recommended Initial Study <br />checklist are listed below. Those impact categories that the November 21, 2005 Administrative <br />Draft Initial Study Checklist indicates will require emphasis, discussion, and possible <br />supplemental mitigation are indicated with a "focus topic" notation. The status (percent <br />complete) of CEQA consultant work to date on each "focus topic" is also indicated. The SEIR <br />will include individual chapters on all "focus topics.
