REVISED SCOPE OF WORK The Proposed Scope of Services outlined in section 2 of our September 20,2005 Contract Exhibit "A" is repeated below, with revisions necessary to convert the Stanford Medical Outpatient Center Project CEQA document from the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) format envisioned at the time to a limited scope Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) format. TASK 1. INITIAL SCOPING AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1.1 Initial Staff Meeting (completed) 1.2 Project Description (90% completed) 1.3 Jurisdictional Approvals (completed) TASK 2. DESCRIPTION OF SETTING, POTENTIAL IMPACTS, AND MITIGATIONS Note: All environmental topics included in the CEQA Guidelines recommended Initial Study checklist are listed below. Those impact categories that the November 21, 2005 Administrative Draft Initial Study Checklist indicates will require emphasis, discussion, and possible supplemental mitigation are indicated with a "focus topic" notation. The status (percent complete) of CEQA consultant work to date on each "focus topic" is also indicated. The SEIR will include individual chapters on all "focus topics.
