6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address <br /> the City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the <br /> agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject vou wish to address <br /> is not on the aqenda, please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina Law) <br /> precludes the Council from takinq any action at this time.
