��- � <br /> ATTACHMENT "B" <br /> CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION <br /> OF <br /> ST. FRANCIS STREET <br /> The Applicant shall comply with the following Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. The property owner at 1535 shall install curb, gutter & sidewalk, and whee�chair ramp <br /> across the old street opening. <br /> 2. The Property Owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall pay an in-lieu undergrounding fee in <br /> the amount of $9,030.00. <br /> 3. The property owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall maintain the vacated property until <br /> the final disposition of the property is determined. <br /> NOTE: After the public street is vacated by City, the conveyance of land abutting on a <br /> public street is to be determined from the Grant Deeds of abutting properties by an <br /> appropriate Title Insurance Company. <br /> 4.
