C. Approve a Construction and Reimbursement Agreement with On Broadway <br /> Redwood City, LLC, in which BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC (developers of <br /> the Downtown Retail-Cinema project) and Buchanan Urban Investors, LLC <br /> are the sole members, for construction of streetscape improvements around <br /> the Downtown Retail-Cinema Project, including the Courthouse block of <br /> Broadway, and authorize the City Manager and the Redevelopment Agency <br /> Executive Director to execute same. (See attached.) <br /> 2. Adopt the resolution amending the Redevelopment Budget and appropriating <br /> $600,000 from the "Working Capital Fund Balance" and $800,000 from the <br /> "Private Incentive Project" to provide the necessary funding required for the <br /> Streetscape Project. <br /> 3. Approve the Contract Documents entitled "Cinema Streetscape Improvement <br /> Plans for Improving the Downtown Streetscape," which includes the design for <br /> the "Hanover" pavers on the Theatre Way portion of Middlefield Road. (A copy <br /> of the Plans and Specifications are available for review in the Community <br /> Development Services DepartmenUEngineering and Construction offices.) <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 <br /> 9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A.
