<br />PARCEL IX: <br /> <br />The following described parcel situated partially in the City of Redwood City and partially in <br />the unincorporated area of San Mateo County, State of California.; a portion of that certain strip <br />de3igno.ted "Right of Way 80' wide" on that certain map entitled. "MAP OF CERTAIN LANDS <br />BELONGING TO REDWOOD CITY HARBOR COMPANY IN SAN MATEO COUNTY, <br />CALIFORNIA", flIed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on September <br />23, 1921 in Book 10 of Maps at Pages 45 and 46 and described as follows; <br /> <br />A strip of land 31.50 feet in width bounded on the Northwest, North and Northeast by the <br />Southeasterly, Southerly and Southwesterly boundary of lands conveyed to Southern Pacific <br />Railroad Company and described as Parcel 4 in Deed recorded May 8, 1924 in Volume 117 of <br />Official Records at Page 62, Records of San Mateo County, California, and bounded on the <br />Southeast, South and Southwest by the Southeast, South and Southwest boundary of said above <br />mentioned 80' wide right of way. The most Easterly terminus of said 31.50 foot strip being the <br />Northwest boundary of lot 12 and the most Westerly tenninus of said 31.50 foot strip being the <br />Northeasterly boundary of Lot 11, all as shown on the above mentioned map. <br /> <br />PARCEL X: <br /> <br />A portion of the Nonherly 48.5 feet of tbat certain 80' wide right of way as shown on that <br />certain map recorded in Volume 10 of Maps at pages 45 and 46, San Mateo County Records, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of said 80' wide right of way; thence Southerly along <br />the most Easterly line of said 80' wide right of way South 21" 18' 00" West 48.50 feet to a <br />point; thence parallel to, and 48.50 feet Southerly of, the Northerly line of said 80' wide right <br />of way, North 68" 42' 00" West 1054.50 feet to a point; thence Westerly along the arc of a <br />657.56 foot radius curve to the left, tangent to the preceding course, and lying 48.50 feet <br />Southerly of the Northerly line of said 80' wide right of way, through a central angle of 37" 32' <br />10" for an arc distance of 430.79 feet to a point of cusp that lies 48.50 feet Soutberly of the <br />Northerly line of said 80' wide right of way, said point of cusp being on the arc of a 541.50 foot <br />radius curve', concentric with and 15.00 feet Southeasterly, measured radially, from the <br />centerline of an existing spur track; thence Northerly along the arc of said 541.50 foot radius <br />curve to the left whose center bears North 35" 39' 16" West, through a central angle of 10" 44' <br />14", an arc distance of 101.48 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said 80' wide right of <br />way; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said 80' wide right of way and along the arc <br />of a 706.06 foot radius curve to the right whose center bears South 80 44' 59" East, through a <br />central angle of 300 02' 59" for an arc distance of 370.31 feet; thence South 6800 42' 00" East <br />1054.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING TIŒREFROM all minerals and mineral rights, interest, and royalties, including, <br />without limiting, the generality thereof, oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances, as well as <br />metallic or other solid minerals, in and under the property. <br /> <br />A-7 <br />
