Installation of the System is subject to change if NORESCO discovers <br />unforeseen conditions at the Property that render its preliminary analysis of the <br />Property inaccurate, or significantly affect NORESCO 's anticipated economic benefit. <br /> <br />Lighting <br />1. <br /> <br />Re-Iamp existing T -8 fixtures with new T -8 Alto Lamps and clean <br />diffusers at the following facilities: <br />. City Hall <br />. Police Station <br />. Red Morton Community Center <br />. Sandpiper Community Center <br />. Fire Station #20 <br /> <br />2. Retrofit existing fixtures with new electronic ballast and new T-8 "Alto" <br />lamps and clean diffusers at the following facilities: <br />. Municipal Services Center <br />. Community Activities Building <br />. Main Library <br />. Schaberg Library <br />. Fair Oaks Community Center <br />. Veterans Memorial <br />. Fire Station #9 <br />. Fire Station #10 <br />. Fire Station #12 <br />. Senior Center & Annex <br /> <br />3. Re-Iamp existing outdoor metal halide lighting with new metal halide <br />lamps of the same wattage at the following facilities: <br />. Dolphin Park Tennis Courts <br />. Red Morton Community Park Ballfield and Tennis Courts <br />. Spinas Park Tennis Courts <br />. Mezes Park Tennis Courts <br />. Hoover Park Ballfield <br />.
