Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br /> <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid work is the purchase and installation of lighting and <br />mechanical upgrades for various City facilities. <br /> <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid energy conservation work is retrofitted <br />and upgraded and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br /> <br />1. Retrofit and re-Iamping of existing interior and exterior lighting fixtures at <br />fifteen City buildings <br />2. Retrofit field and tennis court lighting in six City parks <br />3. Upgrade the mechanical systems at the Main Library, Hoover and Herkner Pool <br />facilities <br />4.
