Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br /> <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed to replace existing traffic signal <br />controllers and cabinets; replace existing and add new underground traffic signal <br />interconnect cable; install centralized signal management system (software/hardware) at <br />City Hall, and connect system to field equipment. <br /> <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br /> <br />Various signalized intersections in the downtown (and extended downtown) area <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />That the name of the original contractor for the aforesaid public work is: <br /> <br />S.Go Barber Construction, Inc. <br />P.O.
