<br />3. <br /> <br />TERMINA TION <br /> <br />Any party may withdraw ITom this Agreement by giving the other Parties sixty (60) days written <br />notice. The rights and obligations of the terminating party terminate Sixty (60) days after notice is <br />gIVen <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />STRUCTURE OF THE REDWOOD CITY HEALTHY START NETWORK <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The Redwood City Healthy Start Network <br /> <br />The Redwood City Healthy Start Network Organizational Committee shall meet <br />monthly and be composed of one representative from each of the entities who <br />have assigned personnel to work at the family resource center, to include but not <br />be limited to the following representatives: the Administrator of Student Support <br />Services representing the Redwood City School District, The South County <br />Regional Supervisor representing the Human Services Agency of San Mateo, <br />The Red Morton Assistant Center Supervisor representing the Redwood City <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, the Director of <br />Children and Family Services representing the San Mateo County <br />Superintendent of Education; the Executive Director of the Peninsula Conflict <br />Resolution Center; the Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Center; the <br />Principal of Taft School; the Principal of Fair Oaks School; the Principal of <br />Hoover School; and the Director of Redwood City 2000. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. The Redwood City Healthy Start Network Organizational Committee shall provide <br />leadership to the Redwood City Healthy Start Network collaborative and will have <br />the following functions: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Establish operating agreements for the Redwood City Healthy Start <br />Network. <br />Oversee the activities of the Redwood City Healthy Start Network. <br />Coordinate joint supervision of staff. <br />Designate standards and criteria for evaluation of the work completed by <br />the Redwood City Healthy Start Network. <br />Assist in the development of resources to support the program. <br />Approve the budget and commitment of resources. <br />Assist in the establishment of a Community Council, which will allow <br />for expanded participation by neighborhood representatives, parents and <br />the community at large, in the program. <br />Oversee the reporting of information to the program's funders. <br /> <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br />f <br />g. <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIES <br /> <br />The Redwood City Healthy Start Network is a school based family resource center and pediatric <br />clinics. The Sites shall direct its efforts to the communities encompassed by the Taft, Fair Oaks and <br />Hoover School's attendance areas. The Redwood City Healthy Start Network exists to provide <br />coordinated student and family support services, which are delivered through an interagency-integrated <br />service delivery system. <br /> <br />3 <br />
